Fall Leadership Conference 2025

There are three types of sessions available at FLC:

1) "Limited" sessions that are hands-on/interactive and have a specific number of 'seats' available. 

2) Open sessions that  may still have hands-on/interactive components but do not have attendee limits other than room capacity. 

3)  "Other" which includes the expo, clothes closet, expos, etc.

LIMITED SESSION SIGN-UP DETAILS:

The form will open up for first come, first serve registrations for remaining seats at sessions at 6:00pm tonight, October 23.  You may sign up for ONE and ONLY ONE session.  If you don't follow that limit, your response will be DELETED. 

​

The form will CLOSE at 3:00pm on Friday, October 24.  

​

After that, advisors will be notified of any remaining seats and can register students for remaining seats. 

​

Due to numbers, some sessions have been added to the app as open sessions.  Please make sure you download the app below.

The App is called "Yapp".  

The rest of the session types will be visible on the app and students can add sessions to their schedule.  Other details like the expo, clothes closet, and speakers will be available in the app.

Form

Fall Leadership Conference will be on October 28, 2025 at K-State University. 

​

Fall Leadership Conference, October 28, K-State Student Union (limited to 1,000 attendees)

September 8, 6am: Registration Opens for all (Attendees, expo, and speakers)

Once registration reaches 850, the system will close overnight and will only be open from 8am – 6pm daily.

                September 17: FLC Registration Zoom Check-In Option 1

                October 1: FLC Registration Zoom Check-In Option 2

October 3, 11:59pm: Registration Closes for all

Schedule for Fall Leadership Conference 2025

8:30 - 9:30am: Attendee Arrival and Check in

  • Advisors check in at Forum Hall Lobby on the Ground Floor

  • Students go up to the Ballroom on Floor 2

9:30am: Opening Session in the Grand Ballroom on Floor 2

10:00am: Sessions begin

10am - 1pm: Expo 1: Universities, Schools, Technical/Trade Schools, etc. 

2 - 5pm: Expo 2: Hospitals, Healthcare Organizations, Professional Organizations, etc. 

5 - 5:30pm: Closing Ceremony

Costs and Parking

Advisors: $35

Advisors/Post-secondary members who present or Chaperones: $25

Members: $35

This will include an $18 lunch card for venues in the Student Union. 

​

A change to parking, for FLC, we will provide parking for schools.  Busses will still park in one of the designated lots and the drive will take the shuttle back to the Union.  Smaller vehicles will have parking provided.  The change regards parking tickets.  We will not be covering parking tickets any longer.  I know this may be a hassle, but we were dealing with parking tickets well into June and they had a significant impact on the final budget for SLC.  Since we work to keep our prices as low as possible, this is an expense I am hoping to remove from the budget.  Just in case any of you know exhibitors or are one, we also made a change for exhibitors for parking; only those who have sponsorship agreements will have parking provided, all other exhibitors will have to pay for their own parking.
