Fall Leadership Conference
The Fall Leadership Conference (FLC) is open to all affiliated HOSA members for the current academic year. We also welcome up to five representatives from new potential chapters for a discounted registration rate with approval from the State Advisor.
This conference typically occurs in October but can occur in early November depending on venue dates. Registration will typically open in late September and close in October. (These dates may shift earlier/later some years due to venue availability or overall calendar scheduling.)
The dress code for this conference is business casual. Acceptable attire includes chinos/khakis, dress pants/skirts, HOSA polos, dress shirts, and clean sneakers. Please avoid holey jeans/pants and leggings. Attendees should consider footwear carefully as they will be walking a lot throughout the day.
This conference provides leadership development, competitive event preparation, networking opportunities, hands-on skills practice, career exploration, and more.
This conference has a leadership workshop available for two chapter officers/leaders. The registration for this will be in the options/activities section of registration and attendees must be pre-registered. The workshop is led by the State Officer President and Vice President and utilizes skills they learn from the Washington Leadership Academy.
There will also be a session for members interested in learning about becoming a State Officer.
Registration fees are set per conference to allow for the cheapest registration possible for members. This conference is currently estimated to have an approximate $40-50 registration.
Lunch will be provided as part of the registration fee. HOSA swag items may be provided (or available to be won) at this event.
