Saturday Academy is available throughout the school year. The sessions run every other week starting Saturday, October 12 to Saturday March 8 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. in-person for a total of 10 sessions.
What You'll Do
Investigate careers in healthcare and experience simulated and hands-on activities.
Meet with admissions representatives to discover pathways to your career goals.
Identify academic strengths and weaknesses to influence students and accelerate learning strategies.
Gather resources to aid students in getting ready for college and the workforce.
Advance your academic knowledge to prepare for prerequisite classes and standardized tests.
Develop admission materials for your future applications to college or health education programs.

Students who complete the program successfully and meet the admissions criteria will be granted an automated interview for the B.A./M.D. program.

Requirements
Internship:
Must be in grades 9, 10, 11, 12
Economically disadvantaged or educationally disadvantaged
2.75 Minimum cumulative GPA
